NATO's massacres of innocent civilians in Libya: a crime against humanity
NATO massacres of civilians is aimed at cleansing Libya of Muslims.
Civilians in Tripoli and many other cities in Libya were bombed indiscriminately by NATO.
A large number of casualties occurred in the city of Zliten, in the district of Misurata. In Zliten, 85 people were killed including 33 children, 32 women, and 20 men as a result of NATO’s deliberate targeting of residential areas and civilian infrastructure. Many of the injured civilian victims are in critical condition and near death.
Zliten has been under constant NATO bombardment for several days. The recent NATO attacks started at about 11:30 hours on August 8th, 2011. At least 7 civilian homes belonging to local farmers were destroyed, killing entire families. In all 20 families were the targets of the NATO bombings.
The images above pertain to destroyed farm houses in Majer, near Zliten. Although NATO quickly claimed that the areas bombed were “legitimate” military targets and that there is no evidence of civilian casualties. This is a clear lie from infidels who are bent on destroying innocent Muslims for their nefarious goals.
Colonel Lavoie stated that NATO had solid intelligence which confirmed that the farm houses were “military bases.” This statement is false and in total contradiction with realities on the ground including photographic and film evidence (see the photographs above).
Areas in Zliten and Majer (Mager) were bombed by NATO for strategic reasons. The bombing of civilian areas is tied to the planning of NATO’s offensive against Tripoli.
The Libyan clans in these areas have made it clear that they would fight the Transitional Council should its forces try to move westward against Tripoli from their position in Misurata. NATO deliberately bombed these areas “to clear the way” towards Tripoli.
Thousands of people also came to the funerals of the victims of the NATO attacks.
Jamahiraya Satellite Channel was also bombed by NATO. This was part of NATO’s efforts to contain information from coming out of Libya regarding the realities of the war.
NATO is running out of steam and the Transitional Council is near collapse.
NATO’s killing of civilians is intended to force the Libyan population into surrendering. The “Responsibility to Protect” is an utter shame. A few days earlier NATO left another boatload of migrants and refugees die in the Mediterranean Sea.

Kikwete hosts clerics with Iftar
PRESIDENT Jakaya Kikwete urged religious leaders in Tanzania not to allow differences based on religion or variation of belief within one denomination to another to become the source of conflicts in the society.
Kikwete said this on Sunday that tolerance among people of different religions and sects was crucial in sustaining peace and tranquility in the country.
He implored religious leaders to help build the culture of tolerance and respect among followers of different faiths.
The president was speaking at the State House in Dar es Salaam during an Iftar which he hosted for various religious leaders.
Iftar is the evening meal when Muslims break their fast during the Holy month of Ramadhan after sunset.
He further called on the leaders to refrain from insulting followers of other religions or sects, saying divisions, misunderstandings and conflicts in the society would always make the work of clerics difficult.
''I urge you to spare some of your time and pray for the sustainable peace and tranquility as a way of creating conducive environment for people of this country to participate effectively in building their nation," reads the statement issued by the State House.
''Pray for our country so that we can be blessed with rainfall that will fill our dams so we can have reliable power supply and have pumper harvests to beat hunger,'' it adds.

Fuel crisis in Dar worsens: A SURVEY
THE assurances given by the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority (Ewura) that fuel would have been available for sale at all filling stations as early as last Friday, that didn’t happen.
To the shock and dismay of Dar es Salaam motorists has shown that the situation has actually worsened compared to what it had been over time since the oil dealers’ boycott started last Wednesday and many motorists were forced to ground their vehicles.
Many filling stations, especially those owned by BP, remained closed yesterday, leaving motorists with empty fuel tanks not knowing what to do next.
Stranded drivers were seen stranded at filling stations along the crucial Mandela Expressway and Mwenge-Bagamoyo Road in Mbezi Beach.
The boycott by oil marketers began last week after Ewura announced the reduction of retail pump prices of petrol by 9.17 per cent. “The oil marketers are playing games with the government.
They are trying to fix JK’s government,” fumed a motorist as he drove away from a BP filling station at External area along the Mandela Expressway.
Another motorist, George Massawe, said he would be forced to park his car if BP operations wouldn’t resume business because he only used BP fuel because it was usually unadulterated.
“My tank is almost empty, I can’t buy fuel from any other outlet besides BP,” said.
Mr Felician Marwa, an accountant, said he didn’t want to take chances, so he carried a jerry can of spare fuel.
“This is an embarrassment to the nation,” he said.

SIKU moja tu baada ya EWURA,kutangaza bei mpya za mafuta hapa nchini wafanyabiashara wamegoma kushusha bei.
Jana na leo jijini Dar es salaam, vituo vingi vya mafuta bado vimefungwa, kwa kile wafanyabiashara hao kukiita 'bei mbaya-watapata hasara.'
Hapa ndipo mimi ninapojiuliza iweje wafanyabiashara wachache waigomee serikali?
